We are looking for self-directed people who are thoughtful designers with excellent communication and technical skills. Successful candidates will be responsible for generating and developing design ideas, managing and mentoring team members from concept design through construction administration, and maintaining relationships with clients and consultants. Experience with complex multi-phased higher education, healthcare and / or commercial development projects, is desired.
Qualifications must include leadership and organizational expertise; the detailing and execution of construction documents with minimal supervision; modeling with and managing projects in Revit; modeling and rendering in Rhino, Sketch-Up, and 3dMax. Experience with energy modeling or daylighting tools, is also desired. Applicants must have a professional Architectural degree and 4-6 years of related experience. Licensed Architects with LEED accreditation are preferred.
