You are a well-rounded, strategic-thinker with an integrated approach to design, management and technical project resolution. You bring a track-record of success with complex, multi-phase projects in a healthcare environment. You have medical planning expertise and related technical knowledge and are able to lead User Group/Stakeholder meetings from project initiation through the final design phase. You are someone whose enthusiasm is contagious, positively influencing people, situations and results. You have a reputation as a collaborator, building strong relationships with clients, project stakeholders and project teams and navigating complexity with great effect. You bring a track-record of high achievement and progression in your career, and stories to share with us about how you have made a difference – for clients, employers, colleagues or communities.
You demonstrate commitment and success in design innovation, building craft, environment stewardship and lean design process. You are comfortable and effective in a leadership capacity and are able to develop medical planning approaches and solutions to complex healthcare situations. You have knowledge and experience in delivering successful healthcare projects which comply with relevant building, FGI, ADA, construction standards, and other related regulatory requirements. You have a proficiency in Adobe Suite, Revit, and Microsoft Suite. Professional architecture degree and a minimum of 8-12 years’ experience in healthcare projects required. Licensed Architects with LEED accreditation are preferred.
