Anne Cotter brings over 34 years of experience in urban planning, architectural design, and project management of a wide variety of complex projects. She brings particular expertise in working on large-scale, mixed-use developments that include residential towers, luxury hotels, office and retail centers, and parking garages. Her clients include the Department of General Services, California Air Resources Board; Wexford Science + Technology; City of Hope; Swire Properties; Ritz-Carlton; St. Regis; and Miami Children's Museum. At ZGF, Anne is responsible for all phases of project development, from initial client interactions, contract negotiations, code research, entitlement approvals, and schematic design through on-site construction administration. Anne uses her expertise and years of experience to effectively connect with clients and see their design goals through fruition. Anne holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Carnegie Mellon University.
