Dave Neal

A principal in the Seattle office, Dave Neal brings over 46 years of experience in the design and management of public and private projects ranging from healthcare and research and development facilities to academic buildings and commercial offices. His responsibilities include client relations, contract negotiations, budget preparation, the coordination of in-house architects and outside consultants, the production of contract documents, and the management of construction. For over two decades, Dave has been responsible for the day-to-day management of the firm’s involvement in the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, including the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance, beginning with master planning and programming efforts through construction. Additionally, he led the planning and design process for Seattle Children's, Major Institution Master Plan and Building Hope: Cancer and Critical Care Expansion, and served as the project manager for the award-winning, Lean-designed The Everett Clinic at Smokey Point. Dave earned a Bachelor of Architecture from Washington State University and a Juris Doctorate from the School of Law at the University of Puget Sound.
