Eddie Kung

Eddie Kung is a Principal in the Seattle office with more than 20 years of experience in design and project management across a spectrum of complex and diverse projects, in both the public and private sectors. Eddie has led multi-disciplinary teams and collaborated with clients, project stakeholders, and construction entities through all phases of project delivery and in varying delivery methods. His approach to successful project outcomes stems from his leadership and team management skills that meet the needs of the client. His recent experience includes managing the one-million-square-foot Expedia headquarters project on a 41-acre campus, the award-winning and high-performance Helen Sommers Building for the State of Washington, the University of Washington’s NanoEngineering and Sciences building, and the master plan for the San Francisco Shipyard’s Urban Innovation Center. Prior to joining ZGF, Eddie was a principal at a national firm in New York City focusing on performing arts centers, public and academic libraries, and higher-education projects. Eddie holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Syracuse University.
