Josh Peacock first fell in love with architecture at the age of four when his uncle showed him a model of a tower he had designed in Atlanta. Today, Josh is a seasoned designer with more than 16 years of experience with nearly every project type at ZGF. From designing U.S. embassies and consulates and airports, to numerous mixed-use developments in Seattle, Portland, and San Diego, Josh’s designs emphasize place, timelessness, and community. His recent, notable projects include the new Canopy by Hilton - Portland / Pearl District lifestyle hotel, The Wave apartment tower at Stadium Place in Seattle, The University of Arizona Cancer Center at Dignity Health St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center, and a LEED Platinum® world headquarters campus expansion for a corporate client in Oregon. His work abroad includes U.S. embassies in Manila, Sri Lanka, and Laos, and the recently completed LEED registered, U.S. Embassy Compound in Paramaribo, Suriname. Josh received his Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Tennessee, and studied abroad at the Politechnika Krakowska in Poland.
