Julie Bronder
AIA, CSI, NCARB
Julie Bronder is a project manager and a natural facilitator, whose leadership style has led to the successful delivery of some of ZGF’s largest-scale projects. Her approachable demeanor and 34 years of professional experience enable her to steer industry partners, clients, and jurisdictions through the challenges of designing and delivering complex programs. Julie has successfully managed a range of building types, including the 490,000 SF vertical expansion of Providence Portland Medical Center; 1,300,000 SF of high-performance office, residential, parking, and retail space at the City Creek Center in Salt Lake City; and most recently, the new Canopy by Hilton lifestyle hotel in Portland’s Pearl District. Recognizing the importance of creating and sustaining a diverse and inclusive organization, Julie serves as a member of ZGF’s Diversity and Inclusion Advocacy Group. She has been the Director of the Oregon Board of Architects, served on the Board of the American Institute of Architects – Portland Chapter, and was named a 2016 Woman of Vision by the Daily Journal of Commerce. Julie holds a Bachelor of Architecture from North Dakota State University.
