Mark has been instrumental in mentoring younger staff in the office, providing design leadership in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. He has also led the design of several new buildings on the campuses of George Fox University, Oregon State University and the University of Oregon, from which he graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture. He was also the recipient of a Steedman Fellowship and is a Fellow of the American Academy in Rome.
