Paddy Tillett

Paddy Tillett has 46 years of professional experience, having worked for consulting firms and public agencies in many parts of the world before settling in the Pacific Northwest. His arrival in Portland in 1980 was preceded by 14,000 miles under sail. A Principal in the Portland office, Paddy has been responsible for many of the firm's major planning and urban design projects, including downtown revitalization strategies and urban waterfronts, large-scale corporate campuses, transportation systems, and more than 25 college and university campus master plans. His projects include the Dickinson College Sustainable Campus Master Plan, Boise State University Master Plan, Reed College Master Plan, California State University, Fresno Master Plan, Denver 16th Street Mall Urban Design Plan, and the Embarcadero Parkway Master Plan, as well as projects for clients, such as Microsoft, Google, and the Oregon Museum of Science & Industry. Paddy holds an Architectural Diploma from the Oxford School of Architecture, as well as a Master of Civic Design from the University of Liverpool.
