Shara Castillo has 15 years of professional experience concentrated in the areas of technical design and project management with responsibility for construction document production, design and engineering coordination, LEED integration, and construction administration. She has collaborated with diverse teams on a broad range of building types, including healthcare and research facilities, as well as academic, judicial, and office buildings. Shara organizes and directs the architectural team in the production of programming / conceptual design, schematic design, design development, and construction document drawings and specifications. Additionally, she interfaces with clients, consultants, and contractors on a regular basis to ensure continuity throughout the project. Shara’s leadership and collaborative approach to working with clients and consultants has contributed to the success of every project she has touched. Shara earned a Bachelor of Architecture from The University of Texas at Austin.
