Chris Flint Chatto

Chris Flint Chatto is a high-performance building specialist with 17 years of experience working on projects for both public and private sector clients. His work focuses on integrating architectural design and building systems, optimizing building performance through energy and daylighting studies in early project development, and delivering building efficiencies in completed projects. Recent projects include the GSA Federal Center South Building 1202, the University of Washington Molecular Engineering & Sciences Building, and the Fifth + Columbia Tower in Seattle, WA; the Nintendo of America Headquarters in Redmond, WA; and a new office for the Rocky Mountain Institute in Basalt, CO. A number of Chris’s projects have achieved LEED Gold and LEED Platinum certifications, and he is currently working on several projects that are targeting net-zero energy use. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, a Bachelor of Arts in Literature from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Master of Architecture from the University of Oregon.
