A devoted backpacker, outdoor adventurer, and world traveler, Janel brings a diverse perspective to programming, planning, and interior design. The breadth of her portfolio spans workplace design for corporations such as Nike, Peet’s Coffee, and Integra Telecom; office space for law and finance firms; and high-performance, government work places, such as the Port of Portland’s LEED Platinum® headquarters and U.S. embassies and consulates worldwide. Janel also has worked with academic institutions, including the University of Oregon, Lundquist College of Business, Oregon Executive MBA and Sports Product Management Programs’ new learning, office, and creative space. With over 20 years of interior design experience, and extensive knowledge of innovative space planning and furniture design, Janel helps clients understand how the workplace environment can enhance a company’s brand, as well as the wellness and satisfaction of its employees. Janel has served as President for the Oregon Chapter of the International Interior Design Association (IIDA). She received her Bachelor of Art in Interior Design from Washington State University.
