Janet Pangman brings over 22 years of experience in the programming, planning, design, and delivery of large and complex healthcare projects. As a medical planner, Janet has a keen awareness of medical facility operations and functional requirements, which allows her to simultaneously address the aesthetics, workflow, and technical issues of any project. Through her work on The University of Arizona Cancer Center at Dignity Health St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center; the Children's Hospital Los Angeles, Marion and John E. Anderson Pavilion; the Intermountain Healthcare, Cottonwood Medical Clinic; the Cedars-Sinai, Playa Vista Physician Office & Urgent Care; and the City of Hope, Duarte Outpatient Clinic, Janet has gained extensive experience and familiarity working with diverse user groups and regulatory agencies. She is a frequent speaker at national and international conferences, including the Healthcare Design Expo + Conference and the Healthcare Facilities Symposium and Expo. Janet earned a Bachelor of Science in Design from Arizona State University and a Master of Architecture from the University of California, Los Angeles, and also holds a Green Belt Lean Certification for Facilities Design.
