A principal in the Portland office, Kip Storey has more than 29 years of professional experience in managing projects in all phases of development. He has been responsible for project management, design, feasibility studies, and extensive coordination with consultants, contractors, and clients. Kip is adept at managing new construction, renovation, and expansion projects, as evidenced by his work with leading healthcare, corporate, and higher education clients. He has also played an integral role in multiple Integrated Project Delivery efforts for large-scale projects. Kip’s portfolio of work includes the Children’s Hospital Colorado and subsequent East and West Tower additions, the SCL Health Saint Joseph Hospital, the Randall Children’s Hospital at Legacy Emanuel Medical Center, and projects for Fortune 500 companies based in Oregon and California. Kip attended the University of Oregon, where he earned a Bachelor of Architecture.
