The LEED-Gold certified, 101,000 SF state-of-the-art laboratory features flexible research space for advanced, ground-breaking scientific work, as well as an interior environment that nurtures a collaborative, interactive research culture for distinguished scientists recruited from around the world.
Among the most energy-efficient research buildings in South Florida, its Energy Utilization Index (EUI)—measured in kilowatt-hours per square foot per year—is modeled at 362.7, or 25% better than the LEED baseline, the ASHRAE 2004 benchmark.
