ZGF is pleased to announce the elevation of six new partners to the firm’s leadership roster: Mitra Memari, Sharron van der Meulen, Solvei Neiger, Victoria Nichols, Vlad Pajkic, and James Woolum.

Mitra leads project teams for some of the firm’s most technically complex, high-performance projects. She is a strong industry voice for organizations such as the National Organization of Minority Architects (NOMA) and the American Institute of Architects (AIA). Her mentorship inspires the work and culture of the firm.
Sharron has been a vital part of executing some of the firm’s most successful interiors projects during her three-decade tenure at ZGF. Her integrated approach to interior architecture is sought after by clients across industries. Her contributions continue to shape and develop the firm’s interiors practice.
Solvei is a leader in the ZGF healthcare group and is recognized for her unmatched focus on design excellence and client strategy. Whether working on an existing project or pursuing new opportunities across North America, Solvei leads with innovative thinking and delivers inventive design solutions for her clients.
Victoria exemplifies dynamic leadership with complex healthcare and corporate clients. She is a forward-thinking designer with a keen understanding that uniting design excellence and client-focused solutions leads to meaningful outcomes.
Vlad’s rigorous approach guides teams across the firm to successfully design high-quality projects. He brings an expertise in typologies including cultural institutions, mixed-use developments, and corporate office buildings. His experience supports and advances the design dialogue within the firm.
James plays a key role in elevating the quality of interior architecture at ZGF and broadening the firm’s client reach. From corporate to healthcare and education projects, James manages teams in the creation of best-in-class design solutions for clients across industries on a firmwide scale.
