3675 Market is an epicenter for innovation and discovery at the center of one of Philadelphia’s leading knowledge communities, uCity Square. In keeping with the architectural language of University City, 3675 plays on the materiality of the simple and elegant glass façade. The gentle variation in the spandrel and vision panels help to breakdown the façade, creating pattern and rhythm across its surface. The south-west corner of the building provides a distinctive presence within the area as the most visible corner of the building and adjacency to the new 37th Street pivot park—a welcoming green public space for tenants and visitors.

3675’s transparent ground level provides an opportunity for public visibility, shaping the visual identity of the area. The design of the lobby encourages tenants and visitors to linger at the intimate seating areas or large shared library table while enjoying a coffee or a snack. The space features comfortable furniture and bold. Small celebrations of Philadelphia have been woven into the space, such as the Elixr coffee bar—a local and critically acclaimed roaster—and artwork by local creatives and artisans. A full-service bar and restaurant is planned for the corner retail suite on the ground floor, activating the corner with weekday and weekend activity.
