When he’s not racing his hand-built, 30-foot sailboat in regattas on the Great Lakes, David Bauermeister plans laboratories for many of the country’s leading academic and research institutions. Combining his early knack for problem solving with his love of science, he finds passion in shaping the research environments where many of the world’s top scientists can uncover cutting-edge breakthroughs. A versatile planner and skilled communicator, David excels at distilling very complex project requirements into functional and efficient solutions.
