Nat Slayton

Growing up in a family of architects, Nat Slayton’s career path was unescapable. Though that didn’t stop him from venturing into other professions first, like his brief foray into Russian literature. Ultimately what brought him back to architecture was the intellectual curiosity the discipline requires and the ability to shift between aspirational visions and functional specifics. Nat is particularly inspired by large, technically complex projects. He believes with scale comes opportunities to engage broad fields of expertise and to guide collaborations that result in spaces that are beautiful, timeless, and responsive to our changing world.
