Anna Richardson
Human resources is a calling for Anna Richardson. Her career began as a learning and development manager in the hospitality industry, where she discovered a deep passion for HR and the positive impact it can have on people and organizations alike. She believes if employees have a sense of purpose and meaning in their work, that energy and positivity will radiate into their personal lives and communities—creating a ripple effect far beyond the office. As Director of People + Culture, she works shoulder to shoulder with internal stakeholders and ZGF’s People + Culture team to build connections across the firm, advocate for change, and ultimately deliver a best-in-class work experience that supports our people and projects. When she’s not overseeing strategic planning initiatives, Anna enjoys traveling and working in her garden.
