Alison Fidler

Alison’s love of interior design was an evolution. Beginning her career as an event planner, she took notice of the ways space can shape behavior, motivations, and mood. As her fashion magazines were gradually replaced by their architecture and design equivalents, she knew it was time for a career pivot. As an interior design leader, Alison is motivated by the power of accessible and inclusive design to uplift communities and organizations, and the ability of materials to make positive impacts on both physical and mental health. She has an empathetic approach to design, leading with a dialogue to find the “why” before jumping to the “how.” In an effort to expand on client goals, Alison always pushes her teams to imagine and realize a project’s full potential.
