Jess Anderson
Jess brings more than 25 years of experience leading complex residential, institutional, and mixed-use projects, guiding multidisciplinary teams through every phase while balancing design excellence with budget and schedule goals. Educated at the University of Virginia and the Harvard Graduate School of Design, she developed an appreciation for the connection between architecture, context, and community that continues to shape her work. Her professional experience in Boston, New York, and the Washington, DC region informs her thoughtful approach to complex urban projects, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration. Jess is passionate about architecture’s ability to strengthen communities and improve everyday experiences, and she believes the best projects are built by learning from and empowering others.
