Otto Condon
A leader in ZGF’s urban design practice, Otto Condon exercises a global design reach while remaining deeply embedded within the DC planning community. Otto has cultivated close relationships with DC neighborhood groups, District and Federal agencies, Business Improvement Districts, and community organizations, but he has also shaped communities and neighborhoods across the world, from the Republic of Georgia to Guatemala. His commitment to sustainable design extends beyond his professional work—the solar panels at his renovated 12’ wide U Street Rowhouse have eliminated his electricity bills, and captured rainwater irrigates his backyard container garden of tomatoes, peppers, and herbs.
