Milena has been solving problems as a Project Manager at ZGF for 26 years. From highly technical national projects with strict sustainability requirements to international embassies, she excels at facilitating large, multi-faceted projects and appreciates the challenge that comes with program diversity. Milena is skilled at leveraging team members' skill sets and strengths to solve complex solutions. While solutions and deliverables are top priority, she also strives to optimize project circumstances to ensure that all stakeholders – from clients to designers – are aligned in their expectations and enjoy the process.
