Deanna Keil
Whether she’s mentoring her ZGF colleagues by day or coaching collegiate soccer in the evenings, Deanna Keil finds immense purpose in supporting the development of individuals and teams. Deanna’s role at ZGF extends beyond architectural practice. As a Staffing and Recruiting Manager, she engages staff to uncover their unique skillsets and goals while building project teams that are set up for success. A focus on positively shaping the human experience—both through the buildings she designs and through the professional experiences she cultivates—has been a defining theme of her career.
