Ryan Amies
Ryan Amies is equal parts maker and problem-solver. His favorite projects, whether in the office or at home, start with a desire to understand stated and latent challenges, explore solutions, and create spaces that perform better for people and the planet. He spends his free time woodworking, repairing appliances, and rebuilding motorcycles, bringing the same curiosity and hands-on approach to his work as an architect. That drive has shaped a career spanning architectural technology and drafting, industrial design and prototyping, sustainable design research, and the delivery of complex healthcare environments- with a particular passion for high-performance and living buildings.
