The building’s outdoor courtyard is designed for optimum daylight exposure.
The podium is 34,500 SF with 18,600 SF dedicated to lobby, post trip facilities and activation spaces. The podium allows for an ecology of spaces that work together to compliment and activate the workplace experience and generate community, informal and formal connections.
