Arathi Gowda
Arathi Gowda believes in the potential for a better built environment through co-creation. As a child, she explored the potential for collective action by joining earth club and amnesty international where she wrote letters to prisoners of conscience. Today she strives to achieve a mission-based approach to design, as a leader in ZGF’s sustainability practice and by teaching sustainable urbanism to the next generation of designers. Arathi aspires to evolve sustainable design by leading with empathy and creativity. In her free time, she is honing her musical and culinary skills by learning to play the piano and cooking up traditional Southern Indian dishes.
