Solvei Neiger has never met a medical puzzle she couldn’t solve. She meticulously tracks cycles of change and innovation in healthcare to provide clients with the design leadership they need to create exceptional healing environments. Fueled by a love of strategy and competitive board games, Solvei harbors a penchant for detail and commitment to even the most complex problems. To date, her work has resulted in the design of three of the top ten children’s hospitals in the country. Solvei continues to evolve alongside the clients she serves, navigating multifaceted healthcare systems and diverse user groups to provide better outcomes and experiences for patients, families and providers.
