Victoria Nichols is an architect with more than 20 years of experience managing the planning, programming, and design of a variety of projects in the healthcare sector. She brings expertise in facilitating the Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) process, as well as in Lean planning and design, which minimizes waste and enhances outcomes both in project delivery and the design of environments. Her focus is on collaboration—working closely with project teams and stakeholders to deliver patient-focused facilities that provide clients with optimal value. Victoria’s holistic approach to each phase of the design process has led to highly flexible, award-winning healthcare environments for clients, such as Cincinnati Children’s Hospital and Medical Center, Seattle Children’s Hospital, and the Ann and Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago, ranked No. 2, No. 5, and No. 6 respectively on the U.S. News & World Report’s list of the Best Children’s Hospitals. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design from Ball State University, and is a frequent speaker at healthcare conferences for organizations, including The Center for Health Design, Children's Hospital Association, and American Institute of Architects.
