Victoria Nichols is constantly drawing inspiration from her surroundings—even her 6 a.m. yoga class. As a partner-in-charge on large, complex healthcare projects with competing demands, she understands the importance of showing up, being present in the moment, and focusing on the task at hand. Her holistic approach to design brings diverse stakeholders together to deliver highly flexible, award winning healthcare environments for several of the nation’s top children’s hospitals.
